4、与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。
5、掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。
6、安全正确地使用保洁设备。
7、合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
1、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。
2、拥有一些客房清洁或公区清洁工作经验。
