1.熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布巾。
2.确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
3.立即向洗衣房经理和主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。
4.细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。
5.在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。
6.核算客人洗衣的成本，并确保准确及时的寄出。
7.向客人提供优质服务。
8.确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
9.坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
10.坚持酒店的清洁和养护。
11.保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
12.识别出客衣的种类。
13.能够开关湿洗机器。
14.将容易变形的衣物放入到洗衣网中。
15.需要的情况下可以人工去除污渍。
16.调整机器烘干衣物,清洁机器。
1. 不限学历，有相关客衣服务工作经验者优先考虑。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够热情、耐心地与客人交流。
3. 工作认真负责，注重细节，有较强的责任心和敬业精神。
4. 具备一定的衣物分类和识别能力，了解常见衣物的材质和洗涤要求, 熟悉洗衣所用的化学试剂
5. 能够适应一定的工作强度，具备一定的抗压能力。
6. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够胜任客衣员的工作。
