负责宴会菜品的烹饪与制作，确保出品质量稳定、口味统一，符合企业标准及客户要求
根据宴会菜单进行食材准备、加工处理及现场操作，合理控制出餐节奏与时间
严格执行食品安全与卫生规范，保持操作区域整洁，落实厨房安全管理制度
配合厨师长完成新菜品的研发与改良，参与菜单设计与成本核算工作
协助管理厨房物料使用，避免浪费，保障食材合理利用
具有3年以上餐饮行业厨师工作经验，具备宴会或大型聚餐类餐饮服务经验者优先
熟悉中餐烹饪技法，掌握各类食材特性及搭配原则，能独立完成多道热菜制作
持有健康证，具备良好的食品安全意识和职业操守
具备良好的团队协作能力，能在高强度工作环境下稳定作业
中专或以上学历，烹饪相关专业毕业者优先，条件优秀者可适当放宽学历要求
