1.负责厨房砧板区域的日常运营管理，确保食材加工流程高效、规范；
2.根据菜单需求，合理分配食材加工任务，监督砧板员工完成切配工作；
3.严格把控食材加工质量，确保切配规格符合菜品标准及食品安全要求；
4.协助厨师长制定砧板操作规范，优化加工流程，提升工作效率；
5.负责砧板区域卫生管理，确保工作环境符合食品安全及5S标准；
6.定期检查砧板工具及设备，及时报修或更换，保障工作正常进行；
7.参与新员工技能培训，提升团队整体操作水平；
8.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
1.具备扎实的刀工技术，熟悉各类食材的切配标准及加工方法；
2.了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理要求，持有健康证；
3.具备较强的组织协调能力，能合理安排砧板区域工作；
4.责任心强，注重细节，能承受高强度工作压力；
5.有团队合作意识，善于沟通，能配合厨师团队完成菜品制作；
6.有酒店砧板相关工作经验者优先；
