1.负责酒店宴会厨房热菜区域的菜品烹饪工作，确保出品质量稳定、口味正宗
2.根据菜单要求独立完成各类炒、爆、熘、炸等中式烹饪技法操作
3.每日检查食材新鲜度，合理控制原料使用，协助成本管控
4.维护操作区域卫生安全，严格执行食品安全标准和厨房5S管理
5.参与新菜品研发，定期更新时令菜单
1.3年以上星级酒店或大型餐饮企业炒锅岗位工作经验
2.会云南菜系及粤菜的制作
3.能熟练掌控火候、油温，具备同时处理多道菜品的能力
4.了解食品营养学知识，熟悉厨房设备操作及维护
5.身体健康，能适应早晚班工作节奏，具有团队协作精神
