打印每日贵宾和优悦会会员到店报表并跟进相关工作
负责酒店贵宾的接待工作，包括不限于了解贵宾信息、安排适宜的房间、欢迎水果及卡片、查房等工作
确保客人到达时受到欢迎，并腾出时间与客人进行有效互动
对所有客房和公共区域进行检查，确保家具、设备、床上用品、公共洗手间、大堂等保持洁净，运行良好
在日常检查后立即提供建议或采取措施纠正缺陷，确保良好宾客服务体验
确保来宾被及时的礼貌接待并得到充分的注意和重视
确保优悦会会员、常客和其它贵宾得到特别关照和尊重
与客房部及其他部门保持紧密联系，确保贵客的房间、欢迎赠品、特殊需要等提前准备好，最大化贵宾满意度
主要负责IHG优悦会会员相关工作包括但不仅限于：向优悦会会员和常客致欢迎信、发展优悦会会员、回应客人提出的特别要求
主动收集并整理宾客意见
协助前厅部经理召开服务质量分析会并提供各项数据及案例
完成其它分配的任务
拥有良好的沟通技能；能完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工以及第三方交往的能力
具有良好写作技能
熟练掌握英语听说读写技能，如同时掌握其他语言更棒
熟练使用微软办公软件
具备极佳的亲和力
