岗位职责:
1、负责酒店前厅部的日常运营管理,确保为宾客提供高效、优质的服务体验。
2、督导前台接待等岗位员工的工作表现,及时处理宾客投诉与特殊需求。
3、协调客房、餐饮等部门,保障对客服务流程顺畅,提升宾客满意度。
4、检查前厅区域设施设备运行状态,维护良好的服务环境与酒店形象。
5、参与制定并执行前厅服务标准、操作流程及培训计划,优化服务效率。
6、审核每日房态、收入报表等运营数据,确保信息准确无误。
7、协助前厅经理完成排班、绩效考核及团队建设相关工作。
1、具备良好的服务意识与职业素养,能够灵活应对突发情况。
2、优秀的沟通协调能力,擅长处理宾客关系及团队协作。
3、熟练使用酒店管理系统(如NG PMS)及办公软件者优先。
4、能适应倒班工作制,抗压能力强。
5、国际联号酒店相应岗位经验3年以上优先。
