【岗位职责】
1、随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人，并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字；
2、按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间；
3、熟知部门标准工作程序；
4、履行入住、退房、换房手续，并确保所有资料按照流程规定完整录入系统；
5、保证每日对所收现金进行准确报告；
6、为酒店客人的个人支票及旅行支票兑换现金并协助进行外汇兑换；
7、熟知所有特别促销活动如季节性套餐计划、常客优惠计划以及洲际酒店集团忠实方案；
8、处理客人的投诉、问询和请求，如果自己无法提供协助，则将问题转给主管或经理。
【岗位要求】
1、具有大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等专业优先；
2、形象好气质佳，具有一定的服务意识，责任心强；
3、普通话流利，基本英语交流能力优先；
4、能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），抗压能力强；
5、熟练使用办公软件，有酒店管理系统经验者优先；
6、注重细节，具备团队协作精神及责任心。
