Salary: 4000 - 5000
1、负责所管辖范围（酒店/商铺等）各类电气、暖通和厨房等设备的管理；
2、负责所管辖范围设备维修、保养计划，组织实施安排和各项日常维修的工作；
3、负责巡视和检查所管辖范围的各专项维修保养工程的进度及结果，并及时做好记录形成报告；
4、负责所管辖范围的各项即时性的保障维修，并及时做好记录行程报告；
5、协助做好全年开支预算，包括工程器材，材料及零件等。
6、协助评估其下属员工的工作表现，提高员工工作士气及改善工作方法。
7、协助工程部经理制订工程抢修程序，协助执行抢救演习。
8、编制每日工作及交接日志，月总结和计划；
9、完成其他上级领导安排的工作。
1、中专及以上学历，电气等相关专业，5年工作经验，1-2年主管经验；
2、持有电工证和制冷设备维修证，持有高压证或厨房设备维修经验优先考虑；
3、熟悉酒店或商业的工程设备管理规范，并能进行工程管理SOP的编写；
4、具有较强的沟通表达能力和抗压能力，对工作有责任心；
5、具有良好的团队协作精神和客户服务意识，积极主动推进或配合工作；
6、基本掌握电脑办公软件的操作。
