通过辅导和提供反馈培养团队并提高绩效，为员工制定绩效和发展目标，表彰表现优异的员工
与其他部门保持日常的沟通与协调，从而提高团队工作效率和服务质量
与酒店所有部门领导沟通，了解维修需求，确保及时响应
通过密切的监督来确保外部承包商服务的成本有效性和技术效率。确保所有工作的开展严格按照合同，租赁合同，服务协议
宾客体验
帮助满足宾客的需求，确保宾客满意度
通过维护程序确保酒店得到良好维护，为宾客提供卓越的服务
企业责任
监管酒店所有硬件设施的运行状况，包括维护与维修工作、及时高效地采购零部件与所需物资，同时减少浪费，促进“绿色”环保
通过确保对大楼环境控制和节能系统的有效管理实现酒店盈利。评估，控制和记录能源使用，实施及升级能源节能系统
可能需要对酒店的安全负责，确保将偷窃、犯罪和其他风险降至最低
其他临时职责——需要全员出动完成任务的特殊时刻
权责划分
这是大型豪华酒店、度假酒店或旗舰酒店工程部的最高职位。 酒店通常拥有多处场地和设施、多个大型用餐场所、宴会厅和会议室，并拥有众多VIP贵宾和重要宾客。您将负责监管所有工程技工与外部承包商。您的职能还可能包括监管下属经理和主管人员。
受过大学教育或高级职业培训
四年普通建筑维护和/或建造经验，或教育背景加工作经验达到同等水平
具备管道、电气、机械与木工方面的专业技能
可能需要拥有3级EPA证书或等同证书、HVAC（供热、通风与空调）系统和制冷设备证书，具备管道工资格证和/或熟练电工及木工资质
具有酒店工作经验者优先考虑
如有相关法律要求，需持有相关职业证书和资格证
