1、执行酒店设备的日常预防性及检修性维护工作。
2、处理酒店中的维修保养工作。
3、维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备。
4、按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划。
5、做到“三清”即是区域管理责任清、用料使用去向清和完工场地清。
6、积极维持一个安全的酒店环境并根据要求协助保安工作。
9、其他分配的职责和培训。
1、具备有效的相关职业资格证书。
2、身体健康，精力充沛。
