1.负责通过公关和促销活动实现集团和酒店在本地和国际上的定位目标。
2.协助销售总监开发公关促销计划及制作预算。
3.与媒体、本地社区、客户及酒店总部保持密切联系，代表、宣传酒店形象。
4.保证所有的宣传资料和广告都达到集团的标准，维护酒店的良好形象和定位。
5.开拓并实施公关活动，负责制作促销资料、对媒体宣传资料及安排在媒体对饭店的报道。
6.开发并跟进酒店的各项市场活动。
