2. 开拓市场: 主动开拓并维护大型企业、MICE(会展)、旅行社及OTA渠道,建立稳固的客户网络。
3. 带领团队: 招募、培训、激励和管理销售团队,打造一支高绩效、高执行力的尖兵队伍。
4. 创造价值: 分析市场数据,优化价格体系,实现酒店收益最大化。
大专及以上学历,8年以上酒店销售经验,3年以上国际连锁酒店销售总监经验。
