4.     Familiarize yourself withfacilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information inorder to provide guest with accurate information

         熟悉酒店的设施、活动、设备、服务和其它相关情况，以便向客人提供准确信息。

5.     Be knowledgeable about allhotel facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests

        熟知酒店所有设施，以便向客人进行推销。
