2、把进店电话接转到客房和相关部门；
3、为宾客接受、分发留言；
4、记录所有叫醒服务的要求，提供电话叫醒服务；
5、向宾客提供对客服务信息等。

2、会一定的计算机应用；
3、有工作经验者优先考虑；
4、与人为善，能与同事和谐相处；
