1、负责餐饮及库存物品的收货控制和库存管理，核查存货情况并及时反馈以确保利益最大化；
2、帮助审核收货记录、送货单与采购申请单上的各项内容是否相符；
3、及时向成本控制经理汇报不合理现象；
4、抽查收货部是否执行酒店制定的规范等工作
具有会计，财务或相关领域的学士学位或毕业证书；至少2年酒店会計或审计相关经验。
