2、做好游泳者的安全管理。
3、密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。
4、定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。
1、熟悉游泳池，沙滩吧服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识。
2、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。
