1. 负责游泳场馆或水上活动区域的日常安全巡视与秩序维护，及时发现并处置溺水、滑倒等突发险情；
2. 严格执行救生员岗位操作规程，规范使用救生器材，配合开展应急演练及安全培训；
3. 协助开展泳客入场管理、安全提示告知及基础卫生巡查，保障运营环境符合公共场所安全与卫生标准。
1. 持有救生证优先考虑；
2. 具备1年及以上游泳场馆、水上乐园或同类场所救生实操经验，能独立承担轮岗值守与应急处置任务；
3. 全日制大专及以上学历，身体健康，无妨碍履行救生职责的传染性疾病或肢体功能障碍，具备良好沟通能力与责任意识。
