掌握湿洗、去渍、上浆、干洗和熨烫的技能
确保酒店洗衣房的湿洗和干洗服务均达到最高标准，所洗衣物均整洁的返还至客人或员工
组织洗前和洗后的衣物的运送和上门送衣服务
保证所有破损的布草和制服均被送至制服房修补或丢弃
协助保管库存和设备记录
确保上门送衣服务的准确性
对每日所洗的布草和制服的数量进行记录
与维修部合作，进行定期的预防性维修工作并减少机器的故障停机时间
精神饱满——穿着制服，展现自豪感
维护和采购所需物资和设备，同时减少浪费，促进“绿色”环保（比如容器回收利用，减少清洁剂浪费等）
物还失主——并记录所有遗失和拾获的财物
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力
具有良好写作技能
熟练使用微软办公软件
具有高中及以上学历
最好拥有在相似规模酒店2年客房或洗衣房工作经验
经验类型和程度的要求可能因运营规模和复杂性而略有不同
