1. 在主管的领导下负责客衣、工服及其它客房和餐饮的棉织品洗涤工作。
2. 每日做好班前准备工作，按工作程序，开启、操作和关闭设备。
3. 按工作程序及标准做好客衣、工服和棉织品的洗涤和烘干工作。
4. 严格按洗涤标准，加放洗涤原料，确保洗涤物品的质量。
5. 掌握水洗机和烘干机的性能、使用和保养方法，定期做好设备的维护和每日清洁工作。
6. 工作期间应随时查看机器的运转情况，发出故障时及时报修。在机器运转中，不得离岗。
7. 对于出现的洗涤质量问题，应及时向领班和主管汇报。并分析原因，采取适当补救措施。
