1.负责总机系统的日常运营管理，确保24小时高效、准确的通信服务，及时处理客人来电咨询、转接及紧急情况。
2.监督和指导总机团队执行酒店品牌服务标准，组织培训与考核，优化服务流程，提升客户满意度并处理投诉。
3.维护总机设备及系统运行，协调IT部门进行故障排除、系统升级及数据备份，确保服务连续性和数据安全。
4.协同前台、礼宾等部门，提供无缝客人体验，支持酒店整体运营及VIP服务需求。
5.听从总机经理的其他工作安排。
1.大专学历及以上。
2.有相关酒店前厅部工作经验3年及以上。
3.能适应倒班工作，抗压能力强。
