负责制定和完善公司消防安全管理制度及应急预案，定期组织消防演练并做好记录
监督日常消防设施设备的运行与维护，确保消防系统处于良好工作状态
组织开展消防安全巡查，及时发现并消除火灾隐患，落实整改措施
对员工进行消防安全知识培训，提升全员消防安全意识和应急处置能力
协调与政府消防主管部门的沟通与对接，配合完成各类检查与验收工作
发生火情时，及时组织扑救和疏散，并协助事故调查与后续处理
大专及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程或相关专业优先
持有有效的建（构）筑物消防员职业资格证书或注册消防工程师资格者优先
熟悉国家消防法律法规及相关技术标准，具备较强的消防安全管理能力
具备良好的沟通协调能力和应急处理能力，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力
能够熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的报告撰写能力
