1. 协助市场销售总监开发市场销售计划和预算准备工作。
2. 完成酒店的宴会会议销售目标和酒店的总营业目标。
3. 代表酒店并通过客户关系管理积极宣传酒店服务和设施，树立酒店形象；
4. 并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系；
5. 确保为客人提供高水准服务，达到其预计希望。
1.至少5年宴会销售方面的经验, 1年同岗位相关经验者优先；
2.了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。
3.行为举止端正大方，仪容仪表符合酒店行业要求。
4.具备优秀的领导素能。
