1、根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、有潜质的可谈判最适合的价格以争取最大的利润
2、提供市场发展的趋势，进行市场调查和分析
3、分析销售类型及对酒店目标实际可能的影响
4、预测团队房晚及宴会收入
5、观察及回顾宴会销售方面的客户表现,分析市场及收入产量,完成或调整经营策略,使之达到预期目标
6、不间断的寻求客人的反馈提升观念.菜单摆设提供客人多项选择达到提高营业额的目的.
7、根据酒店的营业需要，发展与业务联系人，会务策划者，游客或商务会议旅行社，旅游工作者，航空公司，公司客户，政府部门和其他的客人，并保持紧密的联系
备注：此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开及苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作
1、大专以上学历，从事相关工作经验2、具有酒店会务销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累团队合作精神;
3、对大型会务的组织及执行有丰富的经验;4、具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力5、、熟悉江浙沪会务客源市场优先6、有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神
