1. 负责公司会务销售团队的搭建、管理与业绩目标达成,制定并执行销售策略和市场拓展计划。
2. 开拓高端客户资源,维护重点客户关系,推动大型会议、论坛、商务活动等项目的合作落地。
3. 组织市场调研与竞争分析,结合市场需求优化会务产品和服务方案,提升市场竞争力。
4. 协调内部资源,协同运营、策划、执行团队确保项目高质量交付,提升客户满意度。
5. 定期汇报销售进展与团队绩效,完成公司下达的营收指标及发展战略任务。

1. 大专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上会务服务、会展活动或商务服务行业销售管理经验,有成功带领团队达成业绩的案例。
3. 熟悉高端会务市场运作模式,具备较强的客户开发能力、谈判技巧和资源整合能力。
4. 具备优秀的团队管理能力和跨部门协作意识,能适应高强度工作节奏和出差要求。
5. 具备良好的职业素养,责任心强,执行力高,能够承担压力并推动目标实现。
