1. 负责监控系统日常运行值守，实时观察视频画面，及时发现并记录异常情况；
2. 按照操作规程完成监控设备启停、画面切换、录像调阅及存储管理等技术操作；
3. 配合安全管理部门开展巡查、事件核实与初步信息报送工作；
4. 如实填写值班日志及交接班记录，确保信息完整、准确、可追溯。
1. 具有高中及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 具备1年及以上安防监控、物业秩序维护或相关岗位工作经验；
3. 熟悉主流监控设备基本操作，能独立完成日常值守任务；
4. 具备良好的责任心、纪律意识和沟通协调能力，能适应轮班制工作安排；
