直播达人
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常直播内容的策划、准备与执行，包括但不限于酒店环境展示、特色服务介绍、优惠活动推广等；
2、通过直播平台与观众互动，解答咨询，引导潜在客户关注酒店产品及服务，提升品牌曝光与转化率；
3、配合市场部门完成直播数据的分析与复盘，优化直播内容及形式，提升直播效果；
4、参与酒店线上营销活动的策划与执行，协助完成短视频拍摄、剪辑等新媒体内容制作；
5、维护直播账号的日常运营，包括粉丝互动、评论回复、内容更新等，增强用户粘性。
【岗位要求】
1、形象气质佳，语言表达流畅，具备较强的镜头表现力与感染力；
2、热爱直播行业，对酒店、旅游或服务行业有浓厚兴趣，能快速学习并适应直播节奏；
3、具备良好的沟通能力与应变能力，能够灵活应对直播中的突发情况；
4、有直播、短视频拍摄或新媒体运营经验者优先；
5、工作积极主动，责任心强。
