岗位职责：
1.服从上级的工作安排；
2.按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录；
3.协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；
4.做好行李服务设备的清洁工作；
5.按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务；
6.维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通；
7.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作；
8.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料。
