1、负责管事部的日常运营管理，确保部门工作高效有序进行
2、制定并执行管事部的工作流程和标准操作规范
3、监督和管理餐具、厨具的清洗、消毒及存放工作
4、负责部门员工的排班、培训和绩效考核
5、控制部门成本，合理管理物资和设备的使用
6、与其他部门协调合作，确保餐饮服务的顺利开展
7、定期检查设备运行状况，及时报修和维护
1、具备酒店或餐饮行业相关工作经验者优先
2、熟悉管事部工作流程及卫生安全标准
3、具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力
4、能够承受工作压力，适应倒班工作制
5、工作细致认真，责任心强
6、具备基本的数据分析和成本控制能力
