【お仕事内容】
経理マネージャーとして、経理・財務業務全般をお任せします。
部門全体の管理や改善提案を含め、経営の根幹を支えるポジションです。

＜主な業務内容＞
ホテル全体の収支管理、帳簿作成および会計処理
月次・年次決算の取りまとめと財務報告書の作成
予算の策定、実績管理、コスト分析
請求書・支払い・入金管理などの日常的な経理業務
税務申告・監査対応（会計事務所との連携含む）
経理チームのマネジメント（スタッフの指導・育成）
他部門との連携による業務改善の推進

【求める人材】
経理・会計業務の実務経験がある方（3年以上を目安）
ホテル業界またはサービス業での経理経験がある方歓迎
日商簿記2級以上、または同等の知識をお持ちの方
月次・年次決算の取りまとめができる方
チームマネジメントや後輩指導の経験がある方
コミュニケーション力があり、他部門と連携できる方
経営目線で数字を分析し、改善提案ができる方
業務効率化・改善に前向きに取り組める方
PCスキル（Excel、会計ソフトなど）に慣れている方

【語学】
英語によるコミュニケーションが出来る方（優遇）
日本語での適切なコミュニケーションが取れる方

【Job Description】
Manage overall hotel revenue and expense tracking, bookkeeping, and accounting operations
Prepare and oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting
Create and manage budgets, monitor actual performance, and conduct cost analysis
Handle daily accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and deposits
Coordinate with tax advisors and auditors for tax filings and audits
Supervise and train accounting staff; provide leadership and guidance
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency

【Candidate Requirements】
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance
Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly preferred
Holder of Nissho Boki Level 2 or equivalent accounting knowledge
Proven experience in handling monthly and annual financial closing
Team leadership experience, including mentoring and staff supervision
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Analytical mindset with a management-oriented approach to numbers
Proactive in proposing and implementing efficiency improvements
Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel and accounting software

【Language Skills】
English: Ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage
Japanese: Must be able to communicate appropriately in Japanese
