1. 负责新媒体平台内容策划与发布，品牌宣传物料的设计与制作，提升品牌影响力
2. 协助市场活动策划执行，确保活动顺利开展
3. 收集分析市场数据，为营销策略提供支持
4. 协助酒店直播的筹备、场控与脚本优化；
5. 协助部门完成新媒体平台短视频与图文内容的创作；
6. 运营账号互动，跟进热点趋势提升粉丝粘性，维护网评
1. 具备1年及以上平面设计、品牌视觉或市场传播相关岗位工作经验，有成熟作品集者优先
2. 熟悉新媒体平台运营，具备文案撰写能力
3. 有市场相关经验者优先，良好沟通协作能力
4. 了解主流新媒体、直播平台，具备优秀网感与审美；
5. 熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Canva等主流设计工具，具备基础视频剪辑能力者更佳；
6. 创意活跃，执行力强，对新媒体感兴趣愿意学习。
