1. 负责酒店品牌视觉形象的日常维护与延展，包括但不限于活动海报、节日装饰方案、社交媒体配图、印刷物料（菜单、房卡套、导视牌等）的设计与制作；
2. 配合市场部及运营部门需求，高效完成线上线下推广内容的视觉设计，确保风格统一、品质达标、符合品牌调性；
3. 参与酒店主题活动、节庆布置及快闪项目的创意构思与视觉落地，提供专业美术支持；
4. 管理并归档设计源文件及成品素材，确保资产规范、可追溯、符合酒店知识产权管理要求。
1. 大专及以上学历，视觉传达、数字媒体艺术、平面设计或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上商业设计类岗位工作经验，有高端酒店、文旅行业或国际品牌设计经验者优先；
3. 熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等主流设计软件，具备基础摄影及图片处理能力者更佳；
4. 具备良好的审美能力、创意表达能力和跨部门协作意识，能准确理解品牌诉求并高效执行；
5. 遵守国家法律法规，无就业歧视限制情形，符合《劳动法》《就业促进法》等关于平等就业的相关规定。
