1. 协助客房总监统筹酒店客房部日常运营，确保客房清洁、布草管理、设备维护及服务质量符合国际五星级标准；
2. 监督楼层、洗衣房、公共区域及布草房等各班组工作执行，定期开展质量检查与整改跟踪；
3. 参与制定并落实客房部年度预算、成本控制计划及人员排班方案；
4. 组织员工培训与绩效辅导，提升团队专业能力与服务意识；
5. 响应宾客需求与投诉，协同前厅、工程等部门高效处理突发事件；
6. 严格执行酒店安全规范、卫生标准及环保政策，确保合规运营。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上国际品牌高星级酒店客房部管理经验，有丽晶（Regent）、洲际（IHG）或同等级别酒店工作经验者优先；
3. 熟悉客房运营全流程及PMS系统操作，具备较强的现场管理、跨部门协作与问题解决能力；
4. 具备良好的中英文书面与口头表达能力，能熟练使用办公软件；
5. 持有健康证明，无法律法规禁止从业的情形；
6. 遵守劳动法律法规，尊重多元背景员工，不因民族、性别、宗教信仰、年龄、健康状况等设置不合理限制。
