2. 组织编制菜单、菜谱及成本核算,合理控制食材成本与厨房运营费用。
3. 负责厨房团队的日常管理与人员培训,建立高效协作的工作机制,提升团队专业能力。

1. 大专及以上学历,烹饪相关专业优先,具备五年以上大型餐饮企业或酒店厨房管理工作经验。
2. 精通中餐烹饪技艺,具有丰富的菜品研发与成本管控能力,熟悉食品安全管理体系。
3. 熟悉厨房各岗位工作流程,具备较强的团队管理能力和应急处理能力。
4. 具备良好的职业素养、责任心强,能适应高强度工作环境。
5. 持有有效的健康证明及相关职业资格证书者优先。
