1. 负责行政酒廊日常接待工作，包括宾客迎送、登记引导、茶歇服务及环境维护；
2. 准确响应宾客需求，提供专业、礼貌、及时的服务支持，保障服务体验一致性；
3. 协助办理会议及活动相关接待事务，配合完成物资准备、现场协调与基础文书工作；
4. 严格执行酒店/企业服务标准与安全规范，及时报告异常情况并配合处理。
1. 具备中等职业技术学校（中专、技校或职高）及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识与应变能力，能适应轮班工作安排；
3. 形象端正，举止得体，具备基本的礼仪素养与职业操守；
4. 能熟练使用办公软件，具备基础英语会话能力者优先。
