主要工作职责：
1. 帮助客人提拿重的提包、外衣、手提箱及旅行箱等等。时刻关注客人，在客人提出要求前，提供快速、礼貌的帮助。
2. 将行李装上汽车，清点行李件数并在客人上车前与客人确认。
3. 按标准送报纸、留言、包裹、邮件与传真到客人房间。
任职资格：
1. 良好的中英文口语及书写技能。
2. 有同等星级酒店相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
3. 形象气质良好，有较强的服务意识，有志在酒店业发展。
4. 良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。
5. 在对客服务的每个细节中都保证质量。
