- Provide for guest’s luggage storage needs by accepting, tagging and retrieving checked luggage. Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest’s luggage to and from rooms, airport and cars and assists all guests with inquiries and requests. Responsible for receiving guests in the most hospitable manner. All guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed and departing guests fare-welled in the most courteous and friendly manner. The Bellboy performs various errands related to guest’s needs, comfort and satisfaction.
