1. 负责酒店或相关场所的行李搬运、寄存及分发工作，确保行李安全、准确、及时地送达客人房间或指定地点。
2. 协助客人办理入住和退房手续，包括行李的接收、登记和归还，提供优质的行李服务体验。
3. 维护行李房及行李车的整洁与有序，定期检查行李设备，确保其处于良好工作状态。
4. 响应客人的行李相关需求，如提供行李打包建议、协助搬运大件或特殊行李等。
5. 遵循酒店的服务标准和流程，与前台、客房部等部门保持良好沟通，确保行李服务的顺畅进行。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先考虑。
2. 具备1年及以上行李员或相关服务行业工作经验，熟悉行李服务流程及标准。
3. 具备良好的身体素质和耐力，能够承受长时间站立和搬运重物的体力要求。
4. 拥有出色的沟通能力和服务意识，能够以热情、耐心的态度为客人提供优质服务。
5. 具备基本的英语交流能力，以便更好地服务国际客人。
6. 遵守酒店规章制度，具备良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。
