1. 负责宾客行李的接送、寄存、提取及安全保管，确保流程规范、服务及时；
2. 协助宾客办理入住与退房手续，提供礼宾咨询及基础指引服务；
3. 定期巡检行李寄存区域，保障物品安全与环境整洁，及时发现并上报异常情况；
4. 配合酒店其他部门完成临时性接待支持工作，维护良好宾客体验。
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通表达能力及团队协作精神；
3. 身体健康，能胜任站立、搬运等基础体力工作；
4. 遵守职业操守，能严格保守宾客及公司相关信息隐私。
