1. 负责西式冷菜及热菜的制作、装盘与出品，确保菜品符合标准口味、色泽、温度及卫生要求；
2. 严格执行厨房操作规范与食品安全管理制度，落实食材验收、储存、加工及留样等环节；
3. 配合厨师长完成菜单研发、成本控制及日常备料工作，保持工作区域整洁有序。
1. 具备中等职业教育（中专、技校或职高）学历，烹饪相关专业优先；
2. 应届毕业生，接受系统化岗位培训，具备基础刀工、火候控制及西餐烹饪理论知识；
3. 持有有效健康证明，无传染性疾病，能适应餐饮行业轮班及快节奏工作环境；
4. 具备良好的职业素养、团队协作意识与食品安全责任意识。
