工作职责：
1、根据餐厅实际情况，和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
2、参与并维护全年西餐厅营销活动，使餐厅营收达到预期。
3、监控西餐厅预算并控制成本费用。
4、跟进西餐厅各项宾客服务指标，为客人创造杰出的用餐体验。
5、制定员工培训计划，与员工紧密沟通。
6、能在各餐厅繁忙时带领员工给予工作上的支持。
任职资格：
1、具有1年及以上同等岗位的工作经验。
2、具有良好的英语口语表达及书写能力。
3、有良好沟通能力和团队合作意识。
