1. 全面负责西餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务质量监督、客户投诉处理及顾客满意度提升；
2. 制定并执行餐厅经营计划，统筹成本控制、食材采购、库存管理及营收目标达成；
3. 组织员工培训与团队建设，持续提升服务标准与专业素养，营造积极协作的工作氛围；
4. 严格执行食品安全、消防安全相关法律法规，确保运营合规与顾客健康安全；
5. 落实营销活动执行与客户关系维护，提升市场影响力与复购率。
1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 熟悉西餐服务流程、菜品知识及国际餐饮服务标准，具备较强的协调与应急处理能力；
