1. 负责将原始财务单据（如发票、报销凭证、银行回单等）准确、及时录入企业财务系统，确保数据真实、完整、规范；
2. 核对系统录入数据与原始凭证的一致性，发现差异及时反馈并协助修正，保障账务处理准确性；
3. 按要求完成系统内基础档案（如供应商、客户、科目辅助信息等）的维护与更新；
4. 配合财务人员完成月度结账前的数据整理、系统报表导出及基础校验工作；
5. 严格遵守财务信息系统操作权限管理规定，妥善保管个人账号密码，不得转借或越权操作。
1. 大专及以上学历，财务、会计等相关专业优先，接受应届毕业生；
2. 具备基础财务知识，熟悉借贷记账原理，能理解常见会计科目及业务单据逻辑；
3. 熟练使用财务软件或具备快速学习能力，掌握Excel数据处理技能；
4. 工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的数据敏感性与保密意识。
