•This position is concerned with the physical set up and breakdown and resetting function rooms for the next day's business for all functions within the Hotel, and actual service to the guest during the function .
•为宴会活动摆台,整理并为第二天的营业重新布置厅房,在活动过程中,为客人提供服务。负责协助完成贵宾接待部在会议中心的接待工作。
•Under the direction of the Banquet Manager or Supervisor, delivers exceptional customer focused service through adherence to InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
