运营部门实习生 Operations Department Intern

· 根据面试评估与个人特质，分配至前厅、礼宾、餐饮服务、厨房、客房等对应运营板块，协助部门团队完成日常运营事务，保障各岗位服务流程顺畅高效。
· Assigned to corresponding operational sections (Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, etc.) based on interview evaluation and personal strengths; assist the department team with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service workflows.
· 严格遵循皇冠假日品牌服务标准，为宾客提供专业、友好的基础服务，及时响应宾客合理诉求，协助维护良好的宾客体验与满意度。
· Strictly follow Crowne Plaza brand service standards, provide professional and friendly basic services to guests, respond promptly to reasonable guest requests, and help maintain positive guest experience and satisfaction.
· 遵守酒店各项运营规范、卫生安全准则及岗位操作流程，落实食品安全、环境卫生、服务出品等各项质量要求，确保工作符合品牌与合规标准。
· Comply with hotel operational regulations, hygiene and safety protocols, and position-specific procedures; implement quality requirements for food safety, environmental sanitation, service and output to ensure all work meets brand and compliance standards.
· 主动学习所在岗位的业务知识、系统操作与服务技能，参与部门组织的带教培训与业务演练，按要求完成实习期间的学习目标与成长任务。
· Proactively learn professional knowledge, system operations and service skills of the assigned position; participate in departmental on-the-job training and practice drills, and complete learning objectives and growth tasks during the internship as required.
· 配合部门团队完成日常工作排布、专项活动保障与跨部门协作事务，及时向上级反馈工作中遇到的问题、宾客建议及运营优化思路。
· Cooperate with the team to complete daily work arrangements, special event support and cross-departmental collaboration; timely feedback work issues, guest suggestions and operational optimization ideas to supervisors.
· 负责所属工作区域的环境整洁、物资盘点与日常巡检维护，妥善保管岗位工具与物料，完成上级指派的其他临时性工作任务。
· Maintain the cleanliness of assigned work areas, conduct inventory checks and daily inspections; properly keep position tools and materials, and complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
