1.负责拓展客户,完成年度业绩目标。
2.跟进团队客户的销售及接待工作。
3.掌握市场动态,安排每日走访,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
4.掌握客户对于酒店的活动需求,协调客户和酒店安排,确保客人满意度。
5.积极宣传酒店产品,为客户提供全程服务。
6.提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
7.协助有效销售工作的进行,确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖,跟进的高效实行。
8.确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。

1.全日制专科以上学历;
2.酒店管理、英语、市场营销相关专业;
3.善于沟通,具有较强独立解决问题的能力及执行力。
