· 负责管理客户组合,旨在为酒店创造并最大化收入及市场份额。与新老客户建立关系并拓展网络,以提高收入及转化率。
· 根据洲际酒店标准操作流程,评估指定客户的潜力并制定客户计划
· 发展指定客户组合以实现既定目标并最大化利润
· 收集现有及潜在客户/联系人信息以推动业务增长
· 向管理层反馈市场变化,包括竞争及市场趋势
· 组织客户会议、场地参观及考察
· 处理并管理客户咨询或问题
· 主动跟进新销售线索以提升客户体验
· 与业务合作伙伴(如会议策划、旅行社等)保持联系
· 更新客户及联系人档案,附上客户计划,确保信息实时有效
· 提升酒店及品牌在当地的知名度
· 完成其他分配的任务。
