1.拟定酒店促销活动,完成团队和散客销售目标。
2.监督销售量、调整销售活动,完成计划目标。
3.与会议相关部门的沟通,取得销售方面的信息和支持。
4.在部门年度预算内,推行销售计划。
5.保存以前、现在有潜力客户的资料。
6.制定临时时间表,记录上月的销售活动,收集每天的销售拜访记录并存档。
7.以周销售计划为基础,向市场销售总监提交销售拜访概况,和月销售拜访计划。
1.有强烈的事业心,责任感和勇于开拓的精神,拥有良好的沟通协调能力,良好英语能力。
2.精通市场开发,公共关系,经营策划,贵宾接待及形象推广等。
3.有独立组织项目营销工作能力,兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。
