进行销售活动和服务客户，包括与客户见面，处理客户要求，准备商务计划书，保存客户资料，记录所有与客户的联系，销售拜访和商务处理。确保拜访客人的专业性，管理已经签协议的客户，开发新客户以提高利润。
保持对酒店的设施设备，特征和服务有具体的了解。
对竞争对手进行密集的调查，对其酒店产品知识有着透彻的了解。
经常与客户见面，进行主动的销售拜访和团队销售。
确保适当有效的处理所有咨询。
准备销售拜访报告以记录所有日常销售活动信息。
清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标，并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。
安排每日走访的客户，以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
履行客户关系管理的职责，通过完成计划周详的客户拜访实现销售目标。

积极宣传酒店产品信息，以在商务市场份额中提高酒店知名度。
提供售后服务，确保认真对待所有投诉，在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
与相关的运营部门保持良好的协调和合作关系，确保满足客人的要求和期望。
具有团队协作及开发市场能力，拥有团队资源、旅行社资源及有酒店销售1年以上的工作经验优先
