为建立和达到预订员工作效益的工作目标负责（如：电话测试得分，电话关闭的比率，高价推销，丢失电话数量，平均每个电话的所得收入和客户满意得分）。
对涉及到顾客投诉和对客服务方面的问题作出回答
提高在工在日常工作中的准确率，创造最大收益，使客人和员工都满意。
确保酒店销售策略的执行
按照预订部标准包括电话接听，准时到岗
协助维护监控房态和系统里的销售策略以及酒店信息
执行15分钟培训
协助准备定期得市场分析报告
按照酒店的标准穿合适的制服和大方得体得装束
按照洲际的指导方针和地方法律操行
自信的沟通者，具有卓越的人际沟通能力
善于运用商务语言和工具
酒店管理或相关领域学士学位/更高学历/同等学历
同等学历及相关工作经验
必须熟练掌握当地语言
能有效的与不同部门沟通
熟练掌握英语和国语的书写，口语
